Common questions
Can I use Caliber for free forever?
Yes. The free plan is not a trial. You get a credential profile, 25-document vault, basic expiration tracking, and AES-256 encryption with no time limit and no credit card required.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our payment processor, Polar. Polar is our Merchant of Record and handles all billing securely.
Can I cancel my Pro subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings. You keep Pro features through the end of your billing period. Your data stays encrypted and accessible on the free plan.
Is my data safe on the free plan?
Absolutely. Every plan uses the same AES-256-GCM encryption and zero-knowledge architecture. Your documents are encrypted on your device before they reach our servers. We cannot read your files.
Do you offer team or organization pricing?
Not yet. Caliber is built for individual providers right now. Organization and group practice plans are on our roadmap. Reach out to hello@calibercred.com if you want early access.
